Naughty Housewives of Vegas

Ratings aren't the only thing expected to rise on the set of the new TV show Naughty Housewives of Vegas. The new show is filming as we speak and should be ready for airing sometime in the fall. Based on the concept of the Real Housewives series of shows that follows the lives of "real" housewives of Atlanta, Orange County, New York, and New Jersey, this version promises to allow viewers inside the lives of some of the raunchiest, yet nicest people in Vegas.

The rating decline for Housewives of New Jersey prompted producers to come up with something that would lure in viewers and keep their attention. Said assistant producer, Lucky Peters, "we honestly thought that we had a hit on our hands with the Real Housewives of New Jersey, playing up the corruption, organized crime, and loose women legends that are associated with New Jersey, but we found out early on that those women are just whiney and boring. We had to come up with something that really said snap, and then we hit on Vegas."

The show centers around 3 couples and one single woman. Maddy Leesher, also known as "Madame Pleasure," is in business for herself as a full-time dominatrix who, as we see in the first episode, is in the process of refurbishing her basement to incorporate a "pleasure playground." Nick and Cindy Camp are Maddy's neighbors and they run a unique cottage business out of their home designing fantasy wear and lingerie.

A few blocks away live Sonny Biggins and his common-law wife, Sheaz Biggins. Sonny is a businessman who owns several payday loan locations throughout Vegas. Sheaz doesn't work and has no real hobbies, except for the lawn boy, the pool boy, and the guy who has to keep fixing their broken appliances, oh and she does love expensive vodka.

And finally, there is Petey Pederson and Jasmine, his wife, who are trying to break Jasmine into the porn industry. The show will follow Jasmine closely as she tries her hand (and other body parts) at acting going from motel room to motel room auditioning for parts.

The only problem producers see with this particular show is that people who live these type of lifestyles have a tendency to not give a flying f*ck what other people do with their lives. It is, therefore, going to be hard to create controversy on the show. For instance, when Maddy learns that Jasmine is trying to break into the industry, instead of bashing her and calling her a no-talent bimbo, Maddy offers to hook Jasmine up with a few clients she knows who can help her get ahead (no pun intended).

At any rate, even without the tension normally expected on these type of shows, producers believe the sexual tension will carry the show and that will bring the viewers back for more. Said Peters, "voyeurism is our gravy ticket and this show won't fail to deliver. In fact," he said, "the biggest problem we've had to date is trying to keep these people half-way clothed during filming."
