image for The Fight For The Custody of the Michael Jackson Children
Could this mystery woman be the new step mother?

Debbie Rowe was mother of the oldest two alleged Michael Jackson children, which were conceived by in vitro fertilization. An unknown surrogate mother carried the third child, and no details are known about her.

Will these two women become the custodial guardians of any of their children? This topic has been one for much thought and discussion among family rights lawyers in California this morning.

Judge Marlon Tibbs of the state court system said that "First, there is not proof that these children are even Michael Jackson's. They all look white to me. If this came through my court, I'd insist on a paternity test."

Attorney Daniel Steel of Sacramento said "I can't see Michael ever being able to get it off with a woman, so these kids all had to be test tube babies. I'm sure that Michael had to sit in a room in a doctor's office watching Sesame Street or reading Boy's Life to even even make a contribution. Is there any proof that someone didn't switch the sperm? These kids are whiter than I am."

Legal professor Helmut Goering of U.C.L.A. added "When one custodial parent dies, the other parent almost always gets the children. If the two oldest, using this rationale, go to their mother, than who gets the other child? Some say that it should be Michael's mother Katherine, but look at the job she did in raising that freak show she calls a family!"

Legal Aid lawyer Tom Sunderland probably gave the definitive answer to this problem: "When all is said and done, the kids will probably be in competition to be adopted by Angelina Jolie or Madonna. Since she can't have her own, Britney Spears may even come out of the woodwork to try and get this batch."
