Only Pig Pen Survives

Snoopy, aka World War One Flying Ace, aka Joe Cool, has died at the age of sixty.

Snoopy, who starred in books, the daily newpaper, movies and television specials, was one of the best known dogs in the world being mentioned in the same breath as Lassie, Rin Tin Tin and McGruff The Crime Dog.

Snoopy was preceded in death by his brother, Spike.

He was also preceded in death by his owner, Charlie Brown, his owner's friends Lucy Van Pelt, Linus Van Pelt and Rerun Van Pelt.

He was also preceded in death by Sally Brown, Schroeder, The little red-haired girl, Woodstock and Peppermint Patty.

Also, to everyone's joy, the Red Baron!

Also Marcie and Shermy.

In fact the only survivor of the whole neighborhood is Pig Pen.

A coroner stated that the same malady, Salmonella, had nearly wiped out the whole Peanuts Gang.

Doctor WaaWaa stated that Pigpen had apparently built up an immunity to just about every disease over the years.

Make Bureau's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
