That's the word that's going around and it's really sad, most critics are saying.
Being weird and nasty was once a way to get attention or being eccentric but this is all ham. It went through it's phase several years ago and even Madonna looks like she's embarrassed by Miley and seeing her own past.
These are the words of Sonny Williams of the $tar$ Magazine. But the same thing is being stated elsewhere. This is old and tired and done and redone.
"Go look at some of the great stars of the past. They are remembered for class and even rudeness and eccentricity but today it has lost any form of art."- John Milam
"Trying to outdo one another is apparently trying to make people sick to their stomach. I cannot imagine any of the big stars of yesterday going to a cheap brothel for their inspiration." -Lorry McClean
The sad thing is that the people are being laughed at and there's nothing shocking out there anymore. It's taking some good talent and making it cheap and disgusting. You're doing nothing new.
Try to come up with something artistic and original. That's your goal. You have a talent. Every Guy and Gal has a body that looks just like that, some are worse and some are better. We need art, not kids playing doctor while singing.
-Sonny Williams for $tar$.
