NEW YORK CITY - Dr. Phil has finally chimed in on the Miley Cyrus Traveling Circus as Barbara Walter's refers to the life and times of Miley "The Pill" Cyrus.
It's no secret that Miley, 20, has gotten more publicity than President Obama's Syrian mess, Anthony Weiner's photo collage, and Ryan Seacrest's new NBC show Million Second Quiz.
Dr. Phil recently appeared on The Viagra View and he told Larry King that with Miley's latest nude romp underneath the Santa Monica Pier, it is clearly obvious that she is acting out in a vulgaristic manner in order to attract attention to herself.
The ever stoic King asked, "Ya think?"
Dr. Phil went on to say that Miley cannot stand the fact that she is no longer the sweet, cute, innocent Hannah Montana that Disney created out of ribbons, lace, and bows.
Miley is desperate to take away the spotlight from the likes of Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and even the semi-retired Lady Gaga.
But young Cyrus forgets that she is much younger than those women and she can afford to bide her time and let the chips fall where they may instead of carousing, prancing, and cavorting like some cheap Brooklyn streetwalker.
SIDENOTE: Dr. Phil has stated on record that if Miley Cyrus does not settle down and smell the cupcakes then she runs the risk of burning out before she reaches her 25th birthday.
