image for Ann Curry is asked to leave 'Today Show'
Women demanding a better host for the Today Show.

Ann Curry lost her job as Matt Lauer's co-host on NBC's Today show after a whole year of working on the show.

The program struggled when it lost its spot as the top-rated morning show to ABC's Good Morning America.

Reporters quickly hit the streets to get people's opinion about the show in an effort to find out what went wrong. Curry's performance at the Today Show was exemplary.

The majority of complaints were about Perverted Justice and Dateline NBC working with Asian women to bait Caucasian men. "I didn't like seeing Asian women lure Caucasian males into honey traps, it left a bad taste in my mouth," said Dolly Hunter, a woman from Georgia.

"I lost my appeal for Asian women after Perverted Justice ran their show," said Chance Griffith, from Alabama.

The content of the Perverted Justice show did not seem to bother people, it was the negative racial interaction between Asian women and Caucasian men that planted the seeds of mistrust in the minds of 80 percent of the American public.

Three black women that were approached to work in the Perverted Justice show turned down the offer.

Shows, movies, magazine adds, and commercials that use Asian women as celebrities are beginning to see a downturn in their sales and ratings.

Even fashion designers that used Asian female models to host their fashions on the catwalk have seen a decline in sales for their name brands.

After Perverted Justice and NBC came out with their show, Calvin Klein executives, perceiving a problem, dropped model Jenny Shimizu from their name brand.

Political correctness couldn't turn the tides of public preference and because of concerns for profits, NBC which hosted Perverted Justice had no other choice but to discretely let go of Curry.

Savannah Guthrie, who co-hosts the show's third hour, is at the top of the list of Curry's possible replacements.

As alternatives Natalie Morales, Today's news anchor, and Meredith Vieira, who left the co-host role last year, have been mentioned in talks for the position, news outlets reported.
