Liverpool, England-- Madonna was on stage in Liverpool today in front of 100,000 screaming fans when she suddenly stopped singing. The 53 year-old's face turned pale. The dancers stopped dancing, the musicians stopped playing and the crowd stopped cheering. Everyone stared at Madonna and everyone realized something horrible was about to happen.
"I have to share something with you." said Madonna in a shaky voice. Someone in the backstage crew shone a spotlight on her as an eerie silence fell over the stadium.
"I've looked inside myself and there is nothing there but emptiness." continued Madonna. A tear ran down her ashen face as she suddenly realized she was about to reveal her true self to the world.
"I'm a shallow woman, and not very talented. I'm just a waste of space--and so are you!" she said and glared at the audience.
Many in the crowd gasped with disbelief. Thousands of cameras focused on Madonna as if they were aware she had one dramatic last thing to say.
"And you know what?? I don't give a f&ck--I'm rich!" screamed Madonna.
Madonna then began singing again. The dancers danced again and the musicians played again. Her 100,000 fans began screaming again as if nothing happened.
