BEVERLY HILLS - Adele, the 23-year-old singer who was born in Tottenham, England still cannot believe that she won six Grammy Awards at The 54th Annual Grammy Award Show.
The British songstress was literally still glowing when she met with Tahiti Zeppelin of Hollywood Hors D'oeuvres at the Le Loins of Joan of Arc Restaurant in Beverly Hills.
Adele, whose full name is Adele Laurie Blue Adkins smiled as she told Miss Zeppelin that she was born on Cinco de Mayo (May 5) in 1988.
She giggled and said that her publicist Sir Worthington Lemonmeister stated that just since they started focusing on that fact in Latin America her album sales have gone up 400 percent.
Miss Zeppelin noted that it is so refreshing for herself and so many of her fans to see such a talented singer holding a microphone and actually singing the words instead of merely lip syncing like Madonna recently did at the Super Bowl game.
Adele smiled politely and admitted that she does not know how to lip sync and that she promises that she would never try to fool her fans by moving her lips to pre-recorded music.
She added, "If one does that, then what is the point of even showing up to sing, when one could merely just phone it in so to speak."
When Adele was asked if she has a special male friend in her life her smooth milky white complexion turned to a light pink.
She looked away and confessed that it is very difficult to maintain any kind of a relationship with a male with her busy schedule. She added that some days she works as much as 14 hours perfecting her high notes, her low notes, and hundreds of her mid-range notes.
Adele noted (no pun intended) that she hopes to one day find that one special guy who will waltz in and sweep her off her feet sort of like Justin Bieber did with Selena Gomez.
Miss Zeppelin asked Adele if she had any intimate secrets that she cared to reveal to her so that she could make sure and report them 100 percent accurately.
The North London singer grinned as she took a bite of her Chateaubriand and whispered that she did have something that she felt would fall in the intimate secret category.
Zeppelin looked up from her plate of Wine-Poached Salmon With Black Truffles and replied, "I'm all ears Miss Adele."
And Adele said in her soft British accented voice that she does not possess a single tattoo on any part of her body.
Miss Z giggled. She playfully asked "Not even a little itsy bitsy flower in some out of the way place?"
Adele blushed and answered that she had promised her mum (mom) that there were two things that she would not do whenever she came to America. One was to talk to Piers Morgan and the second was to get a tattoo.
The winner of Six Grammies has been invited by President Obama to the White House where she will be attending a special White House State Dinner honoring some noted British personalities such as Simon Cowell, Len Goodman, Cat Deely, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and Piers Morgan - but not Ricky "Jaws" Gervais.
Adele said that she spoke with the First Lady, Michele Obama yesterday for twenty-one minutes and that they exchanged cosmetic secrets, favorite Beatles music, and chicken recipes.
