Bankers Take Over Bid

Greece and Italy have disposed with going through the pretence of having a democratic government by appointing bankers - who else? - to sort out the problems caused by bankers.

However the new unelected Italian PM, Romeo Panti told our contact in Rome 'If you still think all this trouble was caused by Bankers then think again. It is clearly due to unemployed people and the old being paid to stay alive. There are difficult decisions ahead.'

He left to the world to decide what these decisions might be but an advert for cemetery officials has appeared in the Vatican backed Daily 'Contraceptive News' pointing out that if you are old or unemployed there are opportunities in the cremation business.

We went to see our local banker to ask if he was in line to take over the Government or at least the Local Authority as elections were no longer needed to become a Prime Minister. He considered the question and showed me an advertisement in the 'Financial Times' for an enthusiastic Banker to take over a failing enterprise but would not be drawn any further.

Meanwhile chief second hand car salesman Cameron David ran out of things to say to the relief of the whole car saleroom. 'He thinks he can sell cars' said his Manager 'but no one is falling for his sales talk any longer. We definitely need a banker in here to sort things out.'

Make j.w.'s day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
