It was early in the school year, and we look in on the home economics teacher who is instructing her cooking class in the art of preparing perfect sauces. Then she tells the students to begin preparing the day's assignment.
"And by the way," she says, "don't forget to use wooden spoons."
"Why wooden spoons?" one student asks.
"Simple. If I have to listen to all of your metal spoons banging against metal pots, I'll go nuts."
