If they ever have a contest about which is the funniest disease, most people would say "Tourettes" because of all the sudden vulgar outbursts.
But for me, it has to be elephantitis. I mean, something's gonna grow all out of shape! Big Feet! Big Ears! Two Foot Nose! Plus there's always the possibility it'll be the Johnson!
