Some scribbled lyrics found in Andy Warhol's Factory toilet are going under the hammer in NYC next week.
The early drafts of Velvet Underground songs are from the 'lost' fourth album, held back from release because of the band's fight with their record label.
However bids are expected to reach half a million dollars if Warhol's signature proves genuine.
'Of course the provenance must be authentic,' auctioneers commented today.
'Without it they're only likely to make a couple of thousand dollars - typical for some crappy 1960s' loo read.'
