Okay, I was in my local supermarket. Let's call it Tesburyda. Anyway, I had a full basket and there were no free checkouts, so I picked the nearest. It only took five minutes to load up and get to the front.
The checkout operator was a rather large lady.
When I got to the front, she looked up at me and said: "Sorry about the wait."
"Don't worry," I said. "It's probably a glandular condition."
