The United States DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration's) new directive of replacing some of the drug sniffing dogs with drug sniffing cows has apparently not worked as well as some officials believed that it would.
DEA officials have noticed that the drug sniffing cows have a tendency of stampeding every now and then.
