Jon Huntsman, the ex-governor of the state of Utah, was speaking before a gathering of elementary school teachers in Salt Lake City, when he was asked what he would do to eliminate poverty in his home state.
Huntsman did not miss a beat as he replied, with a big old grin on his face, that he would simply move the poor people down to Arizona.
