Michele Bachmann recently heard fellow GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain say he is very frugal and that he will build his own Cadillac.
Mrs. Bachmann has stated that if she is elected president she will save the American taxpayers lots of money by sewing her own dresses, panties, bras, and by making her own tampons.
