Paris Hilton was recently asked what she thought about GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain's 9-9-9 policy.
The blonde air head grinned, fiddled with her hair, blew a bubble with her bubblegum and replied, "Well, ya know, I guess it's okay, but why doesn't Mr. Herman, ya know, just call it '27?'"
