VP and the ghost

US Vice President, Joe Biden, is riding a horse through the woods near Washington DC when a ghost confronts him. "Are you the Vice President of America?" the ghost asks. "Yeah, that's me" Biden replies. "You know I'd still be alive if only I didn't receive a $100,000.00 dollar tax bill!" declares the ghost. "Wow, that's steep. What happened?" Biden enquires. "My bank went broke when I received a tidy return on my investment, but that was just the good news" the ghost replies. "Oh yeah, so what was the bad news?" the Veep questions. "You bailed them out" said the ghost.
