Michele Bachmann proudly told a crowd in Sioux City, Iowa that the number of cases of drunk driving has been greatly reduced in her home state of Minnesota.
When asked what she attributed it to she smiled and said, "Oh I guess I'd have to say that it's probably due to the fact that less people are getting caught driving while they're drunk."
