Here's a tip for those trying to get back in shape:

Take it easy at first, work your way up or you'll pull a muscle or something.

Also, those condition drinks that some have written about, DO Not Use!
A guy I read about says that he got one misplaced near the shampoo section at the drug store and he had the shits for a month.
