Sounds like I should fire him then....I don't want a crazy person working @ Home James Apps especially when I have a six year old at home.

So I have to say, as a lady, this was hilarious!

I also must add, a guitar player wins hands down almost any time!

I know who he is.....but I don't think she was one of his mentors. He's never mentioned her in interviews. But maybe I am wrong. Whitney was more pop though....not R&B.

ROBIN THICKE. ??????

That made me laugh out loud....

in all seriousness....I used to sing and dance to her songs in my room at home in my younger days. It's a shame....she's not much older than I am. She had a daughter too....very sad...

Funny...

Reminds me somewhat of some of the mass emails I get at work, with most of them only meant for one person.

Agreed. I'd buy that book....And Roy is right. You'd have to do some research. Just the phrase "there's an app for that" might be trademarked. It all depends on how cool the people at Apple are. One of my friends sent one of my app stories to Apple Inc HQ because he has a friend who works there, and I didn't get a cease and desist letter.

There is an organic farmer who made up shirts that are a take off of a Chic fil a slogan. Here's the story:
Eat More Kale controversy

While I know people have the right to protect their art, etc...I think this is ridiculous.

You never know, Iain, you could be for Apple what Seth Green is for George Lucas!

From News Discussion / Dyson omelette maker can make an omelette without breaking eggs

There is a device that will boil an egg without putting it in a pan of water. So this idea is a cool one. The only thing better would be an actual food replicator. I thought it was good. It reminded me of all those informercials I would see with my Grandmother. I would mention how cool the product was and immediately have to say "I don't want it...but it's a cool invention."

There was this food chopper here and in the TV ad, the guy said, "It will even chop your nuts!". Always made me laugh.

Dear Spoof,

I seem to suffer from acute magazine tag-itis.

I've yet to find a cure, and because of that, I'm going to pass out beside my bottle of rum and await the Rapture.

Sadly, I've never read anything by Dickens. I was supposed to in school, but was much more interested in my photography project at the time so read the Cliff's notes of Great Expectations and wrote the paper based on that.

Sad, but true. One day I'll really read it though.

My cousin was really into Rush. I never was. In fact, I banned her from singing their songs in my car. This came from her poor singing more than my dislike for Rush.

Edit: I do like that song though, Chris.

Even if people don't get the joke, it should still be sent through. I will approve things even if I "don't get it" as long as it follows all other guidelines.
