The NeoMetro series is based on a decadent lifestyle we found during the mid-to-late 1980s. This was the age of Max Headroom, Miami Vice and David Bowie... where pale, untanned skin and lean bodies in declining urban environments were on the top rung.

For those unfamiliar, I suggest Bowie's 'Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars'.

NeoMetro-type lifestyles still exist today and are very prominent in large, urban settings.

Like old hippies and punk rockers, the pale neometros still hold court out there and this series is in their honor... in a way, lol.
