Where on earth do you get these unbelievable characters from Skoob?

Heinous creatures like this do not exist.

***** for a piece of total fiction, bearing not one scintilla of truth.

Remember that You Tube clip of that girl on holiday in London? It was based on that.

"Like, wow! I got some, ah, Maynard's Wine Gums! How kewl is that? And they smell, ah, fru-dee!"

For sure.

Cheers mate.

Skoob.

Brilliant.

Like, really cool 'n stuff. I'm like, now soooooo insanely jealous that I'm going to get all my bestest, bestest friends to flame you on FB.

And I'm going to tell Mrs Johnson who's head of the lower fourth, cos she's got like certificates 'n stuff, so she'll tell all her friends not to like you as well. And then you'll be sorry. And then everyone will love me instead.

Even though I'm a knob.

5 mate.

Nice satire nicely characterised. So many people yet so few who will comprehend.

Some sort gave me two stars for that one.

Can't think why. With me, it's one or bust!

Hi Skoob,
Have not been hanging out here as of late, and probably won't stay very long, but when I see a good piece of satire I can't resist telling the writer so. You captured the tone perfectly. Went a tad off the rails, but honestly, you really did a great job of writing and wanted to say to. I think this may be one of my favorites.

Thanks Charpa.

This wasn't a dig at anyone, it was kind of based on this You Tube video in which this American girl found everything sooo incredible!

In America, it wasn't my experience, and we have our very own - how should I put it? - Not very good ambassadors.

I just found it funny and tried to convey that in words.

Thanks, and hope you're well.

Regards

Skoob.

I've always been one to talk back.
Recalcitrant.
Argumentative.
Nearly a lawyer.
Terse.
Concise.
Mean.
Ironic.

So, when I found the outlet, I exploded into it.

And yes I was dropped on my head as a child, ate a lot of aspartame during one episode of my life, and many other nasty things..

Oh, did I mention five stars? *****

Life cycle of aspartame:
man makes aspartame;man eats aspartame
man dies;man sees that aspartame makes good softkill weapon
man makes more aspartame; population still too high.. repeat

Thanks AB

Going back to your public comments suggestion - I think I'd get burned at the stake for this.

But it's what I would have wanted. (Attribution: Clivey D)

Regards (And thanks again!)

Skoob

PS - I was thinking of doing a sequel to this - So,Like, How Did You Become A Martinet?

But then I thought better of it.
