Heels, tights, skirt and top
Bra, knickers and my wig
That's Debbie's checklist

Debbie

If 42 is the answer, the question is if 24 looks in the mirror, who does she see?

The sun shines on me
As I bleed out though my wounds
But at least there's sun

Ellie

Oh. They've encased him in Carbonite. He should be quite well protected. If he survived the freezing process, that is.

At the very least there is the sun.

Horrible, simply horrible stuff. If we're not careful the Japanese might just forget the Tiwanese are looting the fishing over there and come kick our round-eye asses over this haiku thread.

Bad haikus are art
Not art like Picasso though
But art still the same

Ellie

Art is really crap
Like wet summers in Burnley
Jesus in a cap.

I would never stoop to saying, "I told you skoob would contribute to the haiku thread!" No, I never would point out that skoob contributed to the haiku thread. Far be it from me to ever notice that skoob contributed to the haiku thread.

We all know skoob hates haiku. He would never get caught dead contributing to a haiku thread, be it good haiku or, like those in this thread, the worst possible haiku.

Skoob wrote a haiku.
It cost him his fish and chips.
His fans stood and cheered.

I have no fans
Only people who hate me
God bless the fools.

That's me done with haikus. Aaaarrrghh!!!

Regards

Skoob

Our skoob claims no fans.
His fall from grace no mean feat.
Do wa, ditty dum.

The pain of the dentist
Makes me cringe as she hurts my
testicles somehow

(this was inspired by something someone said to me today regarding the dentist)

Ellie:

Your last haiku was profound, to say the very least. It inspired me to heights of low haiku: this Bud's for you!

Deep questions provoked,
Do your testicles fall low
Ellie the woman?

Ha....no. I don't have a pair. My friend, however, does. As he's a man. And he claims the dentist hurts just sitting in the office.

Just enjoy writing really bad haiku. It amuses me.

Debbie and Frankie-

Really funny! I love really bad haikus because I used to write them in school in my notebook for fun while I had to turn in my "proper" haikus to the teacher for a grade.

Learning to read braille
Aides reading in the darkness.
Now, where's my book gone?

Where did that come from?
The human mind is awesome.
Super cool, ain't it?!

Haiku is quite fun
I think I might write some more
But I need to work

(That didn't scan well
Poetry it ain't always.
Never mind, I guess.)

Nice haikus from Mark.
Three full stanzas he did fill.
Twelve times worse for us!

Now he's banned hair.

Unbelievable
psuedointellectual

That was a short one,
More like an acronym though.
That's a different thread.
