What's a poem about a group of people who are more comfortable being part of a mob than holding individual moral frames of reference have to do with anything?

Of course it's poetry, and I usually get that wrong.

I like this poet, he has body, two arms, a leg and somewhere on his head, an eye. This piece of work is a leap forward for him, the last poem was written in a ditch. Yes, hollow men, they dont bounce do they. What a classic.

If I'm not mistaken, the "Hollow Men" are even more contemptible than violent men (as they cannot even look goodness in the eye) and are to be damned for their cowardice and weakness of will, but what has this to do with anything?  

What kind of music is that?
