En Aranjuez Con Tu Amor - Jose Carreras
I've heard a number of other mighty tenors have a crack at this beautiful song telling of lost love in a scented garden in La Andaluz but nobody captures it quite like Carreras IMO. The great Spaniard's voice seems to ache with longing for his foresaken love as he walks amongst the roses whilst the dramatic orchestration seems to burn hot with the fiery bones of Spain.
