I doubt that I'm completely alone in this, but the bottom line is that I'm owed a substantial amount of money, and owe out a fraction of what I'm owed.

The fuckwit who owes me money, does nothing, and gets away with it, whereas I'm being hounded, and the outcome all somehow appears to be in the person who owes me money's favour. If they'd pay me I'd be quids in. But they won't, and it seems there's not much I can do.

That's not fucking justice. It's so frustrating.

The bastard who owes me money hasn't shelled out a penny, and yet asked me to pay his legal fees, just in case he/she decides to reach a settlement.

He/she can fuck right off.

I'm sorry for venting a bit here, but it seems like if you're an idle bastard who does sweet fuck all, you have the full weight of the law on your side, but if you work, and pay taxes, you shell out literally thousands in legal bills and still get fuck all at the end of it.

Sorry to hear of your problem. Sounds like same type of chap who is occupying Wall Street and other places here in USA. They believe that someone else should take care of their problems while they sit around and smoke dope and rag on the inequities of life.
