Scenes Cut From The Wizard of Oz:

The Wiz taking a whiz on the already Yellow Brick Road!

Sometimes the light's all shinin' on me;
Other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me, What a long, strange trip it's been.

Yes. Along with the scene where Justin Bieber drops the water balloon on the Wicked Witch, causing her to melt.

Sometimes the light's all shinin' on me;
Other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me, What a long, strange trip it's been.

I read about the midgets having some wild parties while that was being filmed. Hadn't heard about the tickling!

Scenes cut from the movie, The Wizard of Oz:

The Cowardly Lion and Toto the dog simultaneously crap on the floor when they first hear the Terrible Voice of the Wizard!

Sometimes the light's all shinin' on me;
Other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me, What a long, strange trip it's been.

Other times I can barely see.

They also cut the scene where Dorothy pulled all the stuffing from the Scarecrow to make a mattress and used the Tinman's head as a kettle.

If 42 is the answer, the question is if 24 looks in the mirror, who does she see?

Scenes Cut From The Wizard of Oz:

Dorothy was to have sung The Star Spangled Banner in the scene where she is standing in the hot air balloon but she kept messing up the words.

It was the scene when all of the Wicked Witches minions sat around the campfire making Smores and singing Kum By Yah, M'Lord, Kum By Yah.

There was another attempt to make this scene work with baked beans and they sat around farting. This was later stolen for use in Blazing Saddles!

Bureau,

I want to thank you for once again bringing your immensely creative type of fun-filled humor back into the forums.

I have truly enjoyed reading the "Scenes Cut From The Wizard of Oz" entries by Frankie The J., Jean Le Fete, and of course yourself.

Keep up the good work.

Hasta La Laughter,
Abel

When they first started looking at adapting the The Wizard of Oz, Hollywood of course wanted to completely change the title before finally settling on the original. These were some the top titles in the running:

Dorothy and The Deviant Creatures
Dorothy Does Munchkinland
Monkey Business
The Bitches of Kansas
Strange Little People in a Place With Lots of Pastel Colors
The Wizard of Welshland
The Wizard of Ed
The Wizard of Poo
The Wizard of Oog
Gone With the Witch
Dorothy Does The Emerald City

They also failed to mention that the Tin Man without a heart was a Republican and the Scarecrow without a brain was a Democrat.
