Well we now can and bloody difficult it is too, bloody funny and actually tragic to see some take an excellent idea and not do it justice by writing only just over 100 words. For something to really work in 100 words it has to be really funny.
If I were (and I have been) in that position I wuld normally run the idea by some of my friends on the spoof to get an idead or two of how to develop it. |

Mark Lowton's job as the Spoof site administrator and editor is an extremely time consuming one.
And he has always done a top-notch, professional job. Thank you Mark. You are certainly appreciated. Hasta Later, Abel |

Yes, Mark. I'll state the obvious. Without you, the Spoof simply would not be. Thanks for allowing us a sounding board and more.

Greetings Mark:
My mother thanks you. My father thanks you. My sister (if I had one - and if I did, she probably would have both looked and acted a lot like Gloria Grahame in "The Big Heat." Or, better yet, in a perfect world being imperfect as it is, either like Kathleen Byron in "Black Narcissus" or Harriet Andersson in "Through A Glass Darkly.") thanks you. And, most of all, I thank you for being there to properly guide the Spoof ship along at warped speed (in a good way, of course, of course) somewhere there deep in your corner of the U.K. salt mine. Meanwhile, I'm sure the other voices in my head would have liked to have chimed in on this salutation, but two of them are at lunch, while the third is preparing to answer an urgent message from Erskin in (hopefully) 2000 words, or almost, but not quite, less. Till Next, john peurach. |

| At one time we were all old enough to know, yet still young enough not to know any better. Thank God (or, whoever is screening his/her calls these days) some of us can somehow pretend that to be, more or less, still the case. | |||

If John Peurach says it. It must be so.
Thank God he left a reply or the whole exercise would have been a waste of bludy time. Thank you, John. Letter in the post dear friend, please reply soonest. Love as Always Arm xxxx |
