Hi all,

I've decided this year to go "all-out" on satire for my friends and have been looking all over the web for cool stuff to get - i mean there's only so many copies of Private Eye you can buy.... So far all I've found is this:

www.waronterrortheboardgame.com

Anyone else played this, is it any good?

Cheer in advance...

Benjamin

The title of this thread brought back a memory from my youth.

We had a math teacher at my high school named Ms. Akin. Let's be polite about this and say that she had a more than minor facial hair problem. My sophomore year, all of the kids in our classroom each pitched in a buck and bought her an electric razor.

Yes, it was cruel. But, hey, we were all 15 and 16 and thought we owned the world and could do no wrong.

I learned a few years later that every year at least one of her classes gave her a razor. What originals we were!

There is also another website: www.warlordsofafghanistan.com
They sell drink 'coasters' -- but they may arrive in the new year.
Guaranteed to be a unique if not somewhat satirical gift.

I highly recommend a subscription to theSpoof.com. 25 bucks to my PalPal account and they can log in at will for a whole year.

Shaun, did u "toughen up" your image, I don't remember your avatar having torn jeans and ASBO written on before?

I might add a nicotine patch to mine, or chest hair.

Nah, it's just a fashion thing.
