Ffion, my paid Barclay's Bank Advisor wife, is preparing to abseil down the side of The Shard, London's new skyscraper today.
She will join Prince Andrew and mountaineer Chris Bonnington in a team of people who - weather permitting - will descend from the top of what is now Western Europe's tallest building to raise money for the Outward Bound Trust.
I will be holding a policy meeting in a hotel room with my personal assistants Lucien and Julian!
