It's Christmas morning, my favourite day. Thanks to last night I have a bump on the head from an apparently unbalanced woman who called out to me; "Father, forgive me for I have sinned!".
Of course, I cannot have people jumping around uncontrollably and treating me like some kind of 10 pin bowling skittle, can I? He had no option but to have her arrested and locked away for a very long time.
It was nice to be able to deliver my message of hope in St Mark's Square two hours earlier last night. I am now preparing for my speech today, with a freshness in my spirit!
I shall be opening my Christmas presents after lunch and I wonder what Cardinal Luigi has for me this year?
