On the road with the new book tour. Damned Barnes and Nobel refused my book, so I'm having to sign books in Wal-Marts. Black Friday was a disaster! I was there a 4:30am to sign books, the door opened and this wall of people stampeded through the doors and right over me, my books and table and chairs. We were completely trompled!! I ended up giving away 500 books, stuffing them in people bags. They all just ignored me!!!
