Angela Swift, Managing Director of Silk Healthcare my yellow 1965 BMW Isetta Bubble Car at the auction for the new home at Mapplewell Manor, Barnsley.
She paid £22,000 for the car. It will take pride of place in the entrance at the firm's new 83-bed care home Mapplewell Manor which is located in Mapplewell, Barnsley and currently under construction and due for completion in February 2013.
Angela also purchased the outfit that I wore when I opened Silk Healthcare's care home in Teeside Reuben Manor back in 2009.
Nice… how about that then!
